With over 15 years of industry experience, Kathleen Henry has a keen eye for what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to business applications. Her deep understanding of operational needs and technology solutions allows her to craft Power Platform applications that drive efficiency, automate processes, and provide meaningful insights.
Kathleen’s expertise is rooted in a strong foundation of operational and technical leadership, having spent 16 years at Schlumberger in both domestic and international roles. She managed multi-million-dollar business lines across the U.S., Canada, Azerbaijan, and Central Asia, driving business transformation initiatives that improved profitability, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced service delivery. Throughout her career, she has successfully led teams through complex operational challenges, spearheaded market expansion strategies, and leveraged data analytics to drive performance improvements.
Kathleen was initially drawn to Power BI because of its ability to seamlessly combine data into a single source of truth. She credits this tool with helping to save her department from closing during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing critical data visibility that informed strategic decision-making. This experience sparked her passion for leveraging technology to optimize business processes, streamline operations, and empower organizations to make data-driven decisions.
Before co-founding Hancock Henry & Associates, Kathleen held leadership roles at Schlumberger, overseeing business units with revenues exceeding $50M and leading teams of up to 80 employees. She played a pivotal role in transforming underperforming divisions, implementing strategic cost control measures, and driving digitalization efforts through analytics and reporting solutions. Now, she applies her expertise to help businesses harness the full power of Microsoft Power Platform to achieve scalable and sustainable growth.
